Ben's fitness journey began when a hockey coach told him he needed to get bigger and stronger to make the team. Fascinated by how the body works and motivated to become a more muscled and confident version of himself, Ben decided to study fitness.

6 years later, he earned his master's degree studying exercise physiology and nutrition. No more endless Googling, wasting money, just to spin my wheels to move at a snail's pace when you work with him. Ben uses his extensive fitness knowledge to guide you to your ideal self and body.
