I am very passionate about educating people on fitness and the importance of staying physically active with balanced eating habits. My fun and quick wit approach to working out is inviting to clients of all abilities and skill levels.
I have been teaching both individual and group fitness for over six years. I help my clients achieve their goals by structuring and implementing workouts that are time and energy efficient to maximize results.
My focus to detail in every component of my client programming helps my clients understand how to “work smarter not harder”. My positive energy is palpable and my clients can’t help but to feel that positivity and smile…even when I am pushing them to their personal and physical limits.
Ultimately, I prepare my clients with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve their ambitions. In my spare time, you won’t find me too far from the gym. But, when I am away I enjoy hiking, snowboarding, and going to the beach. No matter where I am or what I may be doing, you can count on the fact that I’ll be going at it hard and fast!
