I believe we've gotta move to the best of our ability, to be not only fit, but more importantly, to be well. My experience as a professional athlete, educator, high school/college coach and personal trainer support my life philosophy.
I appreciate the challenges that life can present, and that our quality of life can be impacted by our ability to move without discomfort and to be a strong individual both physically and mentally. My intent is to look at the whole person, and to help create a holistic approach to support and enhance your workout and training plan.
